Hi, my name is Dilorom. I am a qualified maternity nurse with 16 years of experience in childcare, including 6 years specializing as a maternity nurse. I am also trained in sleep coaching, enabling me to offer expert guidance on developing healthy sleep habits for both babies and parents. I bring a gentle, nurturing approach to supporting newborns and their families, ensuring peace of mind and a smooth experience during the early months of your baby’s life. Well-organized and thoughtful, I handle every aspect of care with attention to detail.

With my background as a night nanny, I provide overnight support so both baby and parents can get the rest they need. As a mother whose own children are now grown and living independently, I have the flexibility to work hours that suit your needs, including offering overseas support. I truly enjoy working as a maternity nurse and my personal experience allows me to offer compassionate, non-judgmental guidance, always respecting each family’s unique needs. My goal is to create a positive, peaceful experience, empowering parents to feel confident and supported every step of the way.

  • MBA Professional Nanny Training Certificate

  • MBA Professional Nanny Training

  • MBA Module 1- Breastfeeding and Bottle feeding 

  • MBA Module 2- General Newborn care

  • MBA Module 3- Routine in Newborns

  • MBA Module 4- Sleep Training in babies

Skills:

  • Soothing, feeding, burping and bathing newborns

  • Establish routines, including sleeping and feeding schedules

  • Responding to emergencies such as choking and breathing difficulties in infants. 

  • Expertise in sleeping training techniques

  • Multiple births experience

  • Teaching parents about newborn care, sleep safety and hygiene

  • Caring for babies with reflux
